Sock-a-pal-OOO-za
Alison is such a trooper to host this again. I know that if everyone in the exchange caused as much trouble correspondence trouble as I did, she would have never done it again! (I have had word this week that my sock saviour has posted my socks from the second round. Not long to wait now!Yip yip Yippee!!!!!!)
I have been allocated my sock pal for round 3, and I preselected these colours to choose from to match her preferences
Scootie got to play with some yarn:
She cried when I took it off her, but then it was smiles all round when she got her little mitts on the whole sock yarn stash! (with the lid firmly on)
Which yarn did I picK?
A beautiful mohair wool blend that also goes in the washing machine from Jocelyn's Fiber Farms.
The sheen is true to life, and the colours appear a little more saturated in the photo - they are delicate and pale in real life. (Don't ask why its in 2 balls - you can look in the archives for your answer!) ;)
I have also selected the "vine lace socks" from "Socks, socks, socks"
Now to swatch...
She's trying to make her own socks!! Already! She's a genius :)
